Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my website. It is my honor to serve as your delegate for Wicomico and Worcester Counties in the Maryland General Assembly. While it can be a real challenge keeping up with all of the Annapolis activities in the legislature, I hope you will find this site helpful. I endeavor to provide you with weekly reports through my “Legislative Field Notes” each week of the session. I also provide short daily commentary on Facebook. The goal is to keep you informed and provide you with the type of representation you deserve in Annapolis. Soon the District Office will be opening in Snow Hill and I will be providing updates as that day approaches.

I rely on you to provide the input necessary to make informed decisions in the people’s House. Please take advantage through emails, phone calls, or by visiting my office in Annapolis. If you would like to schedule a tour, please let my staff know and we can make the necessary arrangements. If you visit during the session, I would love to recognize your presence in the gallery officially from the floor.
